CHANGE A CHILD'S STORY. BECOME A CASA VOLUNTEER.
CASA volunteers are trained advocates who speak up on behalf of children who have experienced abuse or neglect.

CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem counties is part of a national network of nonprofits that trains and mobilizes community changers to be a voice in court for children who have experienced abuse and neglect. Over 1,000 children in our three counties are currently waiting on the critical voice of a volunteer advocate. Join our team--we need you!

LEND YOUR VOICE.
A child who has experienced abuse and neglect has come from a world of chaos and instability. For the child, there is fear; fear of being hurt, fear of being alone, and fear about the future. A CASA volunteer can be the sole source of stability and comfort to fill an enormous void in the child’s life. A CASA volunteer is a trusted, dependable adult who gives the child hope for a better future.

There is just something about volunteering that fills that sense of meaning in your life. You're not obligated to do it, but it feels good to reach out and make a connection with someone who needs something that you can help with.
